Satisfaction Guaranteed

Habesha Tutors offers 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back. This means that if you are not satisfied with your tutoring session, we will either connect you with a new tutor or refund you for the tutoring hours you did not use.

​Prohibited Conduct

​You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site and agree to comply with all applicable laws, contracts, and third-party rights.

1. The client and/or student may not attempt to schedule or conduct private tutoring sessions with tutors associated with Habesha Tutors unless Habesha Tutors has authorized the sessions.

2. Clients/students must pay Habesha Tutors directly for tutoring sessions, not through their assigned tutor.

Termination

Habesha Tutors reserves the right to terminate access to our site, block future use of our services, or pursue legal actions if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.

Legal Consequences

​Violations of Habesha Tutors, terms of use will result in legal ramifications, and the client/student will be responsible for the full cost of tutoring sessions, lawyer's fees, and any additional charges deemed necessary by Habesha Tutors.
